"This is an amazing back cushion. I have tried many different ones and this is #1 on my list. I have so many things wrong with my back and they can't do surgery...so that leaves me one option...find things that will alleviate or lesson the pain. I have found it!!! Thank you Desk Jockey...when I can financially... I will purchase probably 2 more. If you are reading this you must be suffering from back pain. Stop looking...you have found it. "This is exactly what my wife was hoping for. She initially experienced a lumbar pillow at the dentist's office. We found this Desk Jockey at Amazon for 1/2 the cost of the brand at the dentist's office, and this included free shipping. We were a bit concerned that it wouldn't have the same comfort, but it is. The memory foam is just right.

It is also great to know that our products will last you a very long time as noted in the below review. As it was updated several times."

"I had been having back pain and it was starting to become excruciating because the attached pillow on the reclining chair I sit in seems to have flattened and I only feel the metal bar in my lower back. I was using a bed pillow for about 2 weeks and it went flat too causing lots of pain again. I received this desk jockey premium therapeutic grade back support and it has made a world of difference. Not only had it caused the back pain to go away, it has helped me to sit with better posture too! I don't have to worry about this going flat. It just bounces back into shape! I am one happy woman with a happy back using this product.
UPDATE: July 1, 2015. I still love my back support. I am still using it in my recliner and my back feels well supported. Great investment.
UPDATE: August 4, 2015: Still use it every day and LOVE IT.

Great Pillow just hard to adjust for all car seats.

"As a lumbar pillow, it's very good. As a pillow strapped around the car chair it's awful.
No amount of adjusting made it work while driving which was a bummer because it was extremely comfortable just not right for my particular driving seat. The strap wouldn't go around chair very well either and I had a lot of issues forcing it to work. It worked better without the strap. I believe if you have the right type of car seat it could work great."
